As the District’s audited financial statements are prepared by an independent auditor, and accepted by the Board, we will post them on the website for your information. If you are interested in an audit for a previous fiscal year, please contact the District office.

ESTABLISHMENT DOCUMENTS

  • Establishment Ordinance: Ordinance No. 01-05 was adopted by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, establishing the District, effective March 5, 2001.

RULES OF PROCEDURE

  • Rules of Procedure: These are the administrative rules by which the District operates. They are based on the Florida Statutes and define how the District conducts its business pursuant to Florida Law. Adopted on August 24, 2004.
  • Recreation Center Rules: These rules govern the procedures and policies related to the recreation center.
